Ruby Throated Hummers + Raw Shots with the CanonS90

I recently went to Lord Stirling park with the S90 and the 30Wide my favorite eyepiece to work with the RAW feature here is some of the work. The first Bird was a Great Blue Heron No sharpening was added

More Migrants with some BlueBirds

Went back up to Sussex County for some Breeders plus some migrants I brought my friend Bills Bird Hide with me what a Pain in the neck and cumbersome to carry , in all of the Day fog hampered the first 2 hours of the Golden light but I did mange to get more Grasshopper Sparrows never can get too close to these little buggers and some nice Eastern Bluebird captures.

  Next I headed back down to the New Jersey Meadowlands to check out the Shore Birds and picked up some Baltimore Oriole"s including a nice little nesting area ,also Great Egret"s. And some Peep's including a so so capture of a White Rumped Sandpiper taken through the cattails.

                                         

Variety of the Migration

Hello I am about on the 6th day of my vacation and had a variety of  locations and Birds including some early Surprises , this Gray Cheek Thrush was a pleasantry and very confiding I managed some nice closeups at Garret Mountain.             

             
Next I headed up to a known breeding grounds for Grasshopper Sparrows and Prairie Warblers, with some Shy birds in the area, but Idid manage to get a few captures.

   Next I headed down to the Meadowlands for some great Spring Shorebird action along with some bonus Barn and Bank Swallows, it was great to also see a breeding Plumage Dunlin.
  Then Back up to Garret Mountain for some Great Crested and Eastern Wood Pewee shots .

                                          

                                      
            

Black Throated and Blue Warbler and other Neo-tropics

Garrett Mountain was hoping ,with a good assortment of Warblers and other Passerines , to my surprise a found a very cooperative Black Throated Blue Warbler that stayed on a low hanging branch for a good amount of time at about 25 feet , the only thing that hampered me was the shade and lighting which produced a shutter speed of only 1/30 to 1/50th of a second in which I had to boost my ISO to 160 on the CanonS90 to my amaze the Noise wasn't to bad do to a good image sensor on the S90.

I also Managed to find plenty of Catbirds ,Red-starts and about  15 other Warbler Species.
