Troy Meadows is located in Eastern Morris county New Jersey is a jewel of a Birding location , thanks to David Raymond http://www.flickr.com/photos/davidraymond/ a fellow Birder/Photographer for turning me on to this Hot-spot in which I found this Photogenic American Tree Sparrow before winter is done and no more chances with these guys.
