Kowa TSN-PZ Nikon D40

Today I recieved my Kowa photo adapter model #TSN-PZ .

The Photo adapter has been out for quite a while although the focal length is reduced to 680-1000mm Zoom you can compensate with the larger image sensors of the DSLR Cameras , today I was using my old Nikon D40 which is only 6mpwhich does not leave you much room but I will have to deal with it till I decide on either the D7000 or D300, which I will be testing both out at Bergen County Camera ,great staff at this store I highly recommend checking them out.

These Birds are Taxiderms from the NJAS archives  thanks Patrick, Barb, and Gorden for lending them to me for testing out some SLR'S.

A day out with the P6000

Versatility is the King ,what I mean is I like using different Cameras to check out the subtle details with the resolution and Sharpness, my P6000 I did not use in about 6months and it took some getting use to again I even had to reset all of the settings again ,I was muttering to my self don't forget to turn off the VR along with many other.

Two different editing techniquie's

I was just going through some of my new files from the SD4000 and thought I would try Mike's editing method along with mine the crop is slightly off on the  Song Sparrow, and being the perfectionist I try to achieve with my Photos I have a hard time figuring the best way, critique welcome.
Also I had a chance at some Tree top Cardinals along with some more Song Sparrows, sorry for being so repetitive with the same species but I am still trying to fine tune the SD4000 and find the sweet spot with it.

More CanonD4000IS captures/Friends from Japan

I edited up some American Goldfinch captures with the CanonSD4000IS, very good low light detail.
I used the 30wide eyepiece at a distance of about 25feet with ISO level at 200, today I will try for something different as the weather is turning better.

I would like to offer my prayers to Nobu and Digisco Turbo both great Digiscopers and wonderful individuals from Japan , I spoke with Nobu yesterday via Skype and I tried to lift his spirits if anybody would like to contact him, here is his Skype address.  Nobu 31 .
